Privacy notice
The Training Ground East London runs a two-year Bible course at Dagenham Parish Church. This notice explains what personal information we hold and why. We keep it to the minimum we need.
If you use our contact form. We ask for your name, your email address, and your message. A phone number is optional. Your message is emailed to us — we do not store it on the website. We use it only to reply to you.
If you have a student account. An administrator creates your account. We hold your name, your email address, and your course group so we can give you access to course notes, recordings, and the timetable. Everything is held in a secure, encrypted database, and we never see your password — it is stored in a form nobody can read back. Our record of administrative changes is automatically deleted after six months. We keep student records after your course ends, as part of our record of the course — you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Who else sees it. Trusted providers host the website and deliver our email, within the UK and EU — nobody else. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies. We set one cookie, to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or analytics tracking. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam, which sets its own cookies for that purpose.
Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email thetraininggroundelondon@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
